1.4 Smart Notification
With Smart Reminder mode on, if you log a drink in the 10 minutes before you originally expected the next reminder, that drink will be cancelled, thus reducing pointless reminders.
However, if this drink is recorded through the Apple Watch, the smart alert will not work, which is a bug that we're working on a solution for.
1.5 Weekend Mode
If you are in weekend mode, you will not receive a drink reminder on Saturday or Sunday before 12:00 noon. However, if you wake up and record a drink before 12:00 noon on Saturday or Sunday, WaterTracker will resume the normal water reminders for that day.

7.Customized Drinking Water Goals
The amount of water you need is different for each person, so WaterTracker will calculate the amount of water you need to drink per day by gender, weight, and physical activity. On the "Profile" page, you can modify your personal data. Based on the new data you provide, we will calculate a new daily recommended amount of water to drink, and you can modify your drinking goals based on the reference values we provide, or adjust them to suit your personal needs.
WaterTracker is not a medical application and the daily recommended amount of water to drink is for informational purposes only. Please consult your physician if you wish to pursue a medical purpose or obtain more specialized information about your hydration needs.
Turning on access to Apple Health allows you to transfer your water history to Apple Health. To turn it on and off: Go to Apple Health > Sources > WaterTracker.
Turning on iCloud Sync keeps your drinking history in sync across multiple devices signed in to the same Apple ID, which requires a network connection (if you can't use the network, syncing will happen the next time you successfully connect to the network).
Your Apple ID is the only account used by WaterTracker, and all features and data will follow your Apple ID without you having to log in or out of the app.
